ebook, print (192 pages); nonfiction

In this book, the goddesses discussed are from different world mythologies. In addition to the usual Greek and Roman goddesses, there are Norse, Native American, Egyptian, West African, and Mesopotamian goddesses. They were famed for love, beauty, motherhood, relationships, truth, healing or prosperity.

This reference book is good for those practicing Wicca or magic and hopes to invoke the blessings of any of these goddesses. Even if it's not your primary aim, this is a good reference for looking into lesser-known goddesses to begin researching them and learning more about their stories.
