Book blogs are full of summer beach reads (we've featured a few of them) right now, but not everyone is heading to the water. Some people, like me, would rather spend their summer vacation on a trail in the mountains or by a campfire in the woods. I think the perfect pairing for a mountain adventure is a good survival thriller. Here are a few with characters on their own deep woods adventure.
