For the last couple of months, there has been Christmas romance novel after holiday romance novle hitting shelves. And they are great fun to read, but they are kind of like sugar cookies and Christmas music. Wonderful as they are, you have to take a break every once in a while. Thankfully there have been plenty of non-holiday-themed romance novels coming out as well. Today, I share 5 recent and upcoming releases.

Q&A with Clark Rich Burbidge, author of StarPassage: Cyber Plague


Clark Burbidge was born and raised in the high mountain valleys of the Rockies. He earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS from the University of Utah. Clark and his wife, Leah, live near Salt Lake City, Utah, where they enjoy their blended family of 10 children and nine grandchildren.

Two New Books in Science Nonfiction

I'm continuing my Nonfiction November reading with a couple more science nonfiction books. If you missed it, I reviewed The Unseen Body, a medical memoir by Jonathan Reisman. I've continued my medical/science reading with Patient Zero and The Other Dark Matter. They are both interesting and informative reads.
