Have you ever had a book hangover?  If this is a new bookish term for you, here is the description:

Book hangover. Noun. The struggle of trying to reconnect with reality after finishing a really amazing book. All bookworms, nerds, and avid readers know the feeling of finishing that book and not knowing what to do with oneself. It's like saying goodbye to a good friend.
