Tea for Dragons by Kandi J. Wyatt, Illustrated by Ishika Sharma ~ a Review

by MK French

What if dragons were real and you could invite them over for tea and snacks? What would you serve? What would dragons like to eat?

Tea for Dragons

This is Kandi’s first picture book for younger children. The pictures are charming digital illustrations, full of little details that are amazing and add to the background. There are flowers on teacups and burnt bits on toast, following the cute text. This is an adorable book, short and sweet and fun to read aloud. This is a great addition for any little children that love dragons and the thought of having them in the house.

Born and raised in New York City, M.K. French started writing stories when very young, dreaming of different worlds and places to visit. She always had an interest in folklore, fairy tales, and the macabre, which has definitely influenced her work. She currently lives in the Midwest with her husband, three young children, and a golden retriever.
