This book collects the artwork from Assassin's Creed Black Flag, which was remade with increased fidelity and detail. There are pages devoted to the characters, and we see Edward Kenway from the original version of the game contrasted with the updated version. The other characters received similar treatment, and we see the renovated cities and ports. The ships were redone with more detail and maneuverability, and areas on land and under the water were made more immersive with photorealistic textures. We're able to see the clothing and weapons up close, with more finishes and detail presented. The artists also made sure to add new touches to the game in the form of totems to collect and more items that can be found when exploring.
Recommended
For any fan of the Assassin's Creed Black Flag game, or those who have an interest in seeing the Golden Age of Piracy, this is a must for your collection.

Life is Strange: Welcome to Caledon University by Chris Farnell

Caledon University is a prestigious academic institution located in Lakeport, Vermont. This is the campus that Max Caulfield and Chloe Price attend in Life is Strange: Double Exposure and Life is Strange: Reunion.
Max usually takes photos, and Chloe has a band merch sketchbook, so we see examples of their work. There are maps, staff profiles, student society profiles, and commentary from the characters. Seeing handwritten notes, photos, and doodles gives us a very personal behind-the-scenes look at Caledon. It's laid out like the editing copy of the college prospectus for students; even if you haven't played the game, the commentary in the margins on the text is still funny. There are even notes on the real-world people involved in making the book, as if they're part of university life.
Recommendation
It's a fun way to insert photos of the locations from the game, introduce characters, and showcase their personalities.
